Communication Is Key
As with most crises, communicating clearly and transparently with all stakeholder groups is critically important to managing the issues around PFAS contamination and/or use. While there may be some customization of communications for specific audiences, the key information and messages you share must be consistent. All information you share will be public, and the stakeholders listed below are all interrelated.
